Endurance Real Estate Group, a real estate investment and development firm based in Radnor, Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce the hiring of Jared Newman as Vice President of Acquisitions. Mr. Newman will be responsible for sourcing and closing on acquisitions of industrial and flex properties across the Mid-Atlantic. Mr. Newman\’s role will also include maintaining and developing relationships with Endurance’s institutional equity partners and lenders.
Prior to joining Endurance, Mr. Newman was most recently at Keystone Property Group as Regional Director overseeing over 1 million SF of office properties. Prior to that, he spent three years at Penn National Gaming (NASDAQ: PENN), a regional casino operator and developer. While there he focused on growing the company via new development and acquisitions of existing properties across North America. Mr. Newman also spent 6 years at Lubert-Adler Partners, a real estate investment firm located in Philadelphia. As Vice President, he was tasked with acquiring and enhancing mid-size, value-add assets with a specialization in office and industrial properties.
Mr. Newman received his BS in Business Management from the Pennsylvania State University.
