The Rancocas 5 Industrial Park is a newly constructed infill modern bulk warehouse/distribution facility industrial park in Burlington Township, NJ. 2605 Rancocas is 217,986 SF and features 36’ clear heights, LED lighting and ESFR sprinkler systems, forty-two (42) fully equipped door positions including 35,000lb mechanical levelers, bumpers and seals, two (2) 14’ x 16’ drive-in doors, and 28 trailer parking stalls. 2609 Rancocas is 71,056 SF and features 32’ clear heights, LED lighting and ESFR sprinkler systems, thirteen (13) fully equipped door positions including 35,000lb mechanical levelers, bumpers and seals, one (1) 14’ x 16’ drive-in door, and 71 car parking spaces. The Property’s desired location right off exit 47 of the Interstate 295 and close proximity to exit 5 of the New Jersey Turnpike, allows easy access to the Greater Philadelphia and Greater New York metropolitan areas. This places over one third of the total US population within a day drive from the Property.
