Mr. Corr has worked in real estate since 1993. He is responsible for the day to day operations and asset management including leasing, capital planning, valuations, dispositions, and acquisition due diligence efforts for Endurance’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Endurance, Mr. Corr spent seven years KTR Capital Partners where he had various areas of responsibilities within the firm’s asset management group. During his last two years at KTR, Mr. Corr coordinated and led KTR’s national disposition efforts. His previous duties included asset management of the company’s portfolio in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Central Florida and various markets throughout the Southwest and Western regions of the US. During his tenure he was instrumental in the expansion of KTR’s portfolio on the West Coast, establishing offices in California and Nevada.
Previously, Mr. Corr spent eleven years at BPG Properties (now Equus Capital Partners) in Philadelphia where he was responsible for the firm’s acquisition, asset management and disposition efforts throughout New England. During his tenure at BPG, Mr. Corr was involved in over $1.1 billion in transactions.
Mr. Corr received his MBA in Finance from LaSalle University and received his BS in Business Administration with a Finance major and Economics minor from Millersville University in Pennsylvania. He is currently active in NAIOP and the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC). He has also previously served on the Alumni Association Board of Directors for Millersville University.
