Endurance Real Estate Group, a real estate investment and development firm based in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce the hiring of Bernadette Skelly as Property Manager. Ms. Skelly will be responsible for oversight of the property management functions for the New Jersey assets of Endurance’s 3.8 MSF office and industrial portfolio. In particular Ms. Skelly will be managing the Cherry Hill Business Park a 655,000 SF flex portfolio, and 2000 Bishops Gate Blvd, a 300,000 SF bulk warehouse building in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Her role will also include coordination of tenant space planning, tenant improvement construction, and capital projects. Tara Ivins will continue to oversee the property management for Endurance’s Pennsylvania portfolio.
Prior to joining Endurance, Ms. Skelly most recently worked at BPG Management Company, a subsidiary of Equus Capital Partners, a national investment and management company located in Philadelphia with a national portfolio spanning all asset classes. Ms. Skelly was responsible for managing approximately 1,500,000 square feet of suburban office and retail assets including Vanity Fair Outlets, in Reading, PA, and Whiteland Town Center, in Exton, PA.
Prior to joining BPG, Ms. Skelly spent eleven years at KTR Capital Partners in Philadelphia, where she supervised third party property management teams across six states, and was personally responsible for 19 assets in Pennsylvania and New Jersey totaling over 9 million square feet.
Ms. Skelly received an Associate of Applied Science degree from the Community College of Philadelphia and is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson.
