The Scranton North Logistics Center is a 1 MSF Class A distribution center under active construction in Olyphant, PA, at the convergence of Corporate Way and Lackawanna Avenue. The project will deliver in the second quarter of 2023 and features 40’ clear heights, four 14’x16’ drive in doors, 150 loading doors, 237 trailer stalls, and primary power service. The property is strategically located within a 15-minute drive of Scranton/Wilkes- Barre (Pennsylvania’s 5th largest MSA), and has easy access to I-81, I-380, & I-84. Within a 30-minute drive time, the property is accessible to 309,054 people and 150,801 workers between the ages of 18-65, 23% of which are blue-collar and align with the typical warehouse employee. Scranton North is available for lease and has the benefit of a 10-Year LERTA.
